“The Baseline: For a ramen restaurant the noodles must be fresh, cooked with consistency in firmness, broth must be tasty with good body, accompaniment additions must match with the style, and the plating must work for the ramen presentation/function. “They make one of the juiciest chicken karaage I have ever had, simply delicious. The curry chicken ramen is very good too although one piece of chashu is a bit hmmm to me. Noodles had a good bite and the curry broth on point.”
