“Walked in after coffee to this newly opened ramen shop (surprise!) but the Yuzu broth ramen was delicious and perfectly balanced! Chicken was so tender and full of flavor. The pan fried gyoza came with a sweet walnut paste as well and that was different and balanced the salt from the dumplings. Unique! Looking forward to returning and trying new items! The fried lotus chips in the ramen were also sooo good.”

“We were at this little complex to check out another store and decided to stop in for some ramen for lunch. Very nice little spot! The menu is simple and straight forward, with focus on chicken broth, so it doesn't feel so heavy after you've eaten. Everything tasted very fresh and the flavors were great! I can appreciate when a ramen place doesn't put soy sauce and condiments already on the table because they want you to focus on the flavor of the food as it is. I also got lotus chips in mine ...”
